I loved the Chelsea area with its close proximity to Madison Square Park, just a short walk away, and the vibrant offerings of EATALY nearby, making each city stroll a delightful experience. plus, the staff went above and beyond to assist me, really making my stay special especially when one team member tried to help fix my glasses after I broke them.

The staff was friendly, and they even provided a complimentary breakfast to make up for my earlier check-in troubles. The room was really cozy and had good free WiFi, which helped me stay on top of work.
